1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Two Selves (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the App. Where these Terms and the standard EULA conflict, the standard EULA governs your license to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Two Selves is free to download and use for core tracking. Two Selves Plus is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that unlocks Plus features for as long as the App is supported on your account.

4. Your content

The ratings, notes, and tags you enter are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for them and for keeping your own backups via the export feature.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any tendency, number, or insight shown is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Your reliance on anything in the App is at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
